Is Carlo an option in a Necas trade? We need a solid RD with some term on a good deal.

Carlo isn’t a RW, but Necas isn’t a center. Move Lindholm to Pasta line, Coyle to the 2nd center, and Necas to the wing.

I personally believe we’d have to add a better pick in this situation because Necas is still 25 with a good scoring history.

The irony is his comparable is probably PLD with less position versatility who seems more likeable. LA didn’t contemplate the salary and contract risk with PLD and it cost them

absolutely not. i don't think anything is an option from boston in a necas trade because necas doesn't make sense for boston, but from a value and fit perspective, no shot.

I like this, but only a little bit. I don't think the Vegas trade needs to happen at all.
Maybe the Canes would prefer if Boston adds Mitchell or Regula and the 2025 1st instead of the 2 3rd round picks???
