That's not a trade Seattle would go for. If there's one thing they don't lack, it's depth forwards. There's no reason for them to trade Tolvanen, who can play higher up the lineup and has the potential for further growth, for two more guys who have already reached their ceiling and would be relegated to their bottom six.

A bird in the hand is worth more than a bird in the bush. The 2024 first is guaranteed to be 12th overall. The 2025 first isn't guaranteed to be a top-16 pick, with Michkov and Zegras being added to a team that barely missed the playoffs this season. And we've never asked for more than Foerster and the 2024 first.

I think Verbeek would certainly have to put this offer on the table. However seeing that Verbeek wants to shoot for a more competitive team next season, I just don’t see Zegras being moved.

This is probably the best Zegras trade proposal I've ever seen on here. I'd even say the Flyers can keep Bump. I'd accept for Foerester and 12OA because that would likely give the Ducks a real shot at MBN and which would fulfill the wishes of my Norwegian Ancestors who came before me that one of our own became an Anaheim Duck 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴
