He’s listed as a Center and if he can’t play then the coach will deal with the lines. I just constructed a realistic team with their cap situation.

He doesn’t have to be a rental. He can be a good 2,3C on the jets if Monahan doesn’t come back. Perfetti has been sheltered with them for whatever reason so I felt the need to move him, get good picks and a proven roster player

I just doubt that Bennett would extend in Winnipeg. So, playing the odds it's best to figure on him not resigning in Winnipeg.

If Perfetti is moved, it would need to be in a hockey trade for a similarly aged, similarly talented player in a position of need, or the Jets just keep him.
