That's because Toronto receives whichever 5th round pick is the lowest.

Between Chicago, Calgary and Nashville, the Nashville 5th is the lowest.

The Blackhawks didn't yet own the Nashville pick to include that in the condition on the trade w/ Toronto. It was, at that time, the lower of Chicago's or Calgary's.

The condition was "The 5th round pick transferred to Toronto will be the lowest of the 2024 5th round picks that Chicago owns at the time of the draft." So as of right now, that's Nashville's 5th
