It's a good offer, but I like the idea of having Kuzy around for a retool. He's fun to watch, he fixed our PP, and an extension might not break the bank.

If the Flames are set on flipping him then this would be a decent return.

Because the Flames will bottom out regardless, but will be more entertaining. Also, the management is more concerned with keeping fans interested than truly bottoming out.

First and second round picks for a guy that's only effective when he's shooting at a 25%+ clip is an interesting choice.
