What is the point of that Robertson trade? Leafs have been patient through injuries but now that he’s producing (16th in nhl in goals per 60 minutes), you want to dump him? 🤯

I love Robertson, but there are two reasons:

1) He doesn't get enough ice time in TOR and isn't happy here.
2) He's too small and injury-prone for the direction the team is headed for under Treliving.

Wasn't specifically trading with NJD. That was just an example trade.

1/ he should get more ice time this year
2/ he hasn’t had any injuries this year; there is always room for guys that can score which he’s done extremely well this year

Keep him - he’ll be top 9 next year guaranteed

If we know we can't keep Bertuzzi and Domi, then keep him.

Don’t see how we keep them both & address D corps; I’m assuming one or both aren’t coming back (which sucks) but upgrading D must be the priority in off season.
