I love Chychy and I know we've he wants to re-sign but if Staois looks to go in a different direction the return could definitely be worse. Parlaying him into some picks and a RHD wh ocan step in right away wouldnt be terrible.

hanifin is a rental and ufa, chych would not have been and would have cost more than hanifin, hertl was essentially a cap dump for SJS

If Hertl was a cap dump, then Vegas wouldn't have paid Edstrom + an unconditional 1st round pick.

And San Jose is retaining on Hertl until 2030.
