I get that there is more risk involved for talented players who are also physical and undersized, that's probably the only reason Philly would consider moving him. I don't like overpaying wingers in general, but there are a few that drive play well enough that it's worth it. If adams can get Skinner and his contract off the roster, I'd be down with accepting the risk. Couture is gonna cost more, but I would be willing to go higher, especially if konecny is a no-go. Also, and I'm just throwing this out there- if granato is coaching the current Sabres to play a physical aggressive game, you can't prove it by looking at the on ice product. I'm not sure that adams or granato value those kinds of players.

Gotta think that'd get Konecny from the Flyers, that doesn't get Crouse though.
