Liljegren for a 3rd is acceptable but drop Robertson. AZ does not need an undersized bottom six forward.

Robertson is built for the top 6 but only gets bottom 6 minutes because its the Leafs. He would breakout in a rebuilding market and is a much better player than people give him credit for. Lilly is worth a 2nd

AS 21 man roster, six iffy NHL Dman....Luby, Deshardins and Benoit in the top 6? Hardly going for it.

There's no room in Arizona's top six for him. I'd argue there's no room in the top nine. He's undersized, a bit one-dimensional, and he's about to have to pass through waivers to get sent down to cook. "Built for the top six" is a very polite way of saying you can't use him in the bottom of the lineup, and that he hasn't earned top six minutes or carved out a niche in Toronto.

Keller, Schmaltz, Maccelli, Crouse, and Guenther are going to get those minutes. Carcone is a very similar player who has more goals than Robertson has points from the bottom of the line up. Kerfoot is useful on the PK and can lineup anywhere; he isn't losing his spot.
The one wing spot left for the fourth line isn't where Robertson should be breaking into the league. Arizona already has young players (Doan, Jenik, Smith, Geekie, Raty, etc) who can fit into the bottom of the line up and ease into top six or nine roles next year.

He needs a team like San Jose that can let him grow and has spots up for grabs. Similar to when they picked up Zadina. I don't think anyone is going to offer too much for him at the moment. He just hasn't proven enough and his injury history is concerning when you're only 5'9" and you've lost that much time already at age 22.

He is absolutely talented enough to make teams regret passing on him one day, but I'd take my chances passing on him. The team with the best book on him hasn't made room for him and the fans see the writing on the wall. I imagine they have similar concerns.

Gotta love these garbage teams calling Leaf players trash 😂.
I’m all but guaranteeing Kampf is going nowhere; he plays critical role, Keefe trusts him + he’s been better in 2nd half - let’s see how he performs in playoffs before dumping him into oblivion.
Be interesting to see how Tre handles Lili & Robertson; both have shown they can contribute on a top 10 nhl team but becoming clear neither Keefe nor Tre really like them 🤷🏻.
