It’s a loophole that ANY team can exploit. You can’t be mad at Vegas because they’re the ones to do it. Toronto has done it in the past. Chicago has. Tampa Bay has. Hell there’s 21 teams using LTIR this season and projected to be over the cap… the system is flawed but you can’t blame teams for taking advantage of it.

If Toronto done this with Tavares you’d be defending it. So stop whining.

Problem is most teams do it with REAL injuries.

Some teams have sketchy doctors, which is why the system must be altered.
