A funny thing happened after our little back and forth, the Kraken fell apart, losing 8 in a row (and another 4 in a row at the end) and this draft slot suddenly went from like #13 to #8. That changes things considerably, plus I recently heard something about Seattle wanting a legit top line winger.

Therefore, I would like to cancel my earlier response to say the Blues would definitely listen with #8 as the primary piece. That said, they probably won't like the LD swap and I have no idea if Kartye would be of any interest. There's maybe a timeline where they'd take Dumo as salary shed, but I certainly would not call it a likely scenario.

I've been trying to piece together a new possible swap that takes into account the value change, so if you have any ideas I'm all ears.
