Here is the big problem you're going to run into with this:
1. why does Lindholm extend at a low point in his career?
2. Why would boston extend lindholm at what he probably wants based on how he's looked in vancouver?

Boston gets Lindholm out of this I take it? For what he'd bring, the trade is a bit of an overpay but if DeBrusk signs for 6×5m, the Bruins will pay him

He hasn't but he's still one of our top 5 prospects and the idea of dealing Lindholm (all we dealt for him) along with a prospect and Nils Hoglander for one winger is insane to me

EDM would probably send Akey but not Broberg for Debrusk, Holland is pretty high on Broberg.
This would also be dependent on us getting another RHD.

Is Debrusk looking for 5M on re-signing? I clocked him in a little lower, even 4.5M.

it's aggressive for sure, but if vancouver wants to move lindholm to acquire guentzel, it's not going to be an even trade. they would lose their shirt on it.

I'd be fine adding a mid-late pick and a B prospect but no way Hoglander is part of it, that hurts the team way too much
