Why won't Toronto trade Minten? If it's cause he has too much potential, then why is the trade for Saros not enough?
Why would they not look to move Saros?
Maybe throw in a 2nd tier prospect as well to add to it

Why would the leafs trade for a goalie? Willie is getting almost 5M raise next season and Matthews 1.6M. Leafs have no need for a goalie or the cap space either.

The Leafs have stated Minten is someone they're not trading (at least not at the deadline).

Minten may be too valuable to the Leafs to trade, but less valuable to NSH - a team with a much better pool, who already has multiple prospects with equal/better upside than Minten.
