Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Matinnook- Good player, plays physicla and hard. Replaces bertuzzi/domi. However because he works hard could really excel with nylander/tavares or marner/matthews. Also lets the Leafs spend money elsewhere.

Carrier- Good young puck moving dman. Can help the powerplay and offensive production from the point.

Talbot- Leafs run 3 goalie system again. Insurance behind woll.

Dowd- with the rise of McMAnn and cowan we have depth at RW. Desperate need for 4th line center. Dowd is good at faceoffs and defensively can also penalty kill. Decent offensive production.

Rutta trade- Leafs get a big man that is mobile and is pretty good defensively. Gets us rid of reaves contract. Also no need for timmins.
