As much as I love Frankie Vatrano, I would accept that offer as the Anaheim GM.

Yeah I more mean just the value standpoint of getting Kakko plus any first for 2 years of Vatrano. I think that’s gotta be the absolute max we could possibly hope to get for Vatrano, even if it was a ‘25 1st

Ok I see you're a Caps fan, I know most other team fans look at Kakko's points and see him as a bust and I get it.

He got hurt and the team defense fell apart. Team is 27-6-2 with him and were 10-10-1 when he was hurt.

He's their top defensive forward especially at 5v5. The team let up 3 goals a game at 5v5 when he was out and 2 goals a game when he plays.

Is it coincidence? Maybe but I dont want to find out, plus this Vatrano chemistry with Kreider and Zib is quite overrated if you look at their playoff numbers
