Nashville declines. Not nearly enough. For Saros alone they want like 2 first a good prospect and a young roster player. Holtz and a 1st is a good start but you need more. plus your adding a good young player like Novak AND their taking a dump in Vanecek.

So 17 mill total on him for the next 5 years.

Nemec on a 4 year bridge will cost around 6 mill I’d expect.

So around 27 mill for the next 7 years.

I’d expect Mercer to provide about 7 mill AAV in value over that time. (Top 6 forward). That’s 35 mill in value.

I’d expect Nemec to provide about 9 mill AAV in value over that time. 63 million there.

That is 108 mill in total value, about 44 mill in cost.

64 million dollars in surplus value.

So mcdavid at 37.5 mill would have to provide 101.5 million dollars in value over 3 years.
