Description

I understand JBB said stammer won’t be traded and this is unrealistic but just imagine how much this could help out our future.

We finish bottom 10 and are able to keep our 1st this year. Use that pick of Carolina’s and trade for someone available at the draft.

Also pick up a rd that can play 2nd pair minutes and 1st if cernak goes down again.

The team rn isn’t winning anything. Throw in the towel don’t be delusional.

Maybe we can regain stammer in the offseason

Pesce would be your top RD, and I don't think you're going to get that kind of return for Stamkos. He's 34, and up at the end of the year. I'd adore Stamkos in Carolina, but I can't see roster pieces moving for him. If you are more open to futures, I think there could be a fit, but the Canes are notorious for not paying large prices for rentals

I’d heard a lot of canes fans saying pesce is available so I thought in return for a right handed sniper liek stammer they would be willing to swap. If the 2nd comes out does that make it more manageable? I doubt Tampa sells without picking up atleast one good rosterable player for next year

He was BEFORE the season. Now, no he's not. Carolina are one of the best teams in the league, and are about to get their starting goalie back. I cannot see any of the major roster pieces moving. Stamkos would be a great add, but it would have to be for futures, or find a new destination for him.

We have been to the ECF finals twice in the last 5 years. That is more success than a lot of teams

Carolina have the deadline cap space to take Stamkos half retained without moving Pesce for what its worth. If Chatfield (or god help us all, DeAngelo) entices you more, maybe? But core pieces like Pesce are unlikely to move
