IF we decide to trade Jake cuz he won't resign I think this could be a way to do it.
get a Giroux like return (we could get even more imo but this seems to be the price on Jake at 3mil ...) and get some tradable wingers to play with Sid and get their value up.
(for this ACGM I will use more or less current value also for the future smith and rakell trades... maybe a bit better than what they are now but not drastically different, even id we know that playing with Sid is a lottery win for many players.)

let the kids play now cuz without guentzel they won't make the playoffs let alone be relevant. see what sticks. not playing guys like zohorna or Nylander but guys who have a higher potential like puusty and poulin. at the end of the season you'll evaluate.
