Both players are absolutely dreadful in the playoffs and tanev hasnt even hit 40 points before and wennberg hasnt hit 40 in like 7 years plus holmberg is a great defender as well.

I heavily disagree with the seattle trade.
For a team whos offense consistently runs dry making it objectively worse and older will not help anything. I understand what youre looking for but giving up nylander and a promising prospect for 2 middle 6 players at best doesnt sit right for me, seattle would have to add at least a first.

Matthews is a league mvp and 2 time richard winner, seider hasnt won anything, and isnt as important as a piece for the red wings success as matthews is, i'm sorry, but not really, you're also getting two decent defensive prospects for what very well could be a late first and a top 30 defenseman in the nhl
