It's lazy from the stand point as if the Devils A) need to move him because God forbid he play THIRD LINE as a rookie...and B) Because KK isn't REMOTELY worth someone who even thinks they should be top 4 out the gate!

What expiring goalie is honestly getting a team's top prospect. The "room" argument just doesn't hold water.

We'd sell him while his value is high for a Saros, Swayman, Markstrom retained, Gibson retained, etc. That caliber. Not Kahko Kahkonen

MG last retention spot for 2 years, 2.5mil cap for 2 playoff runs? At least a 2nd otherwise not worth it for SJ.
Real question is what do you value KK at? Bc this would be the equivalent of at least a 1st, 2nd, + + and that's a lot for a huge ? at his lowest point.
I like the idea of getting him in a Goodrow dump, but the values way too in favor of NY imo.
