i have no idea on what the risto trade value is with the retention

i only did the risto trade because of the "rumour" but i see him being a treliving D man hes bigger, which means a longer reach, and can be physical infront of the net, i think bottom pair with Benoit he would work. again idk what it would cost to get him with the retention, i kind of based it off of the McCabe trade

just based it off of the mccabe trade, if they are trying to off load him i could see it happening, most realistic way i can see retention happening is philly doing 25% and a third team retaining another 25%

So an extra year, at more money per year for less of a return. Since you’re swapping late first for early second.

he's actually pretty serviceable now on a 3rd pair defensve role. certainly not worth more than 2 million

(leafs should not move for him in any capacity regardless)

Yeah I’d be fine sending robo and timmins for him half retained but that’s the most I’d pay
