Let Athanasiou free, Z and Nielsen can take on the defensive responsibility of the line, let the man be the offensive catalyst he can be. Give Larkin the line he needs to be successful. (And in my opinion that line could be dominant) third line is a solid third line. 4th line isn't much to bat your eyes at but it's not much to complain about either.

Defense obviously still needs work. I know hey say they brought in Daley to pair with Dk but I really didn't think Dk Jensen looked half bad towards end of season on top pairing. (Taking green away from dekeyser seemed to help him a lot) the second pairing is more of an offensive pairing. Third pairing is whatever you want it to be. Obviously we are waiting for prospects to develop but I have a hard time believing dekeyser won't have a lot better year this season.

We need to trade Howard the second someone needs a goalie this season and pray to god we don't lose coreau to waivers.

In all honesty. I don't think our team is as bad as people make it out to be if these guys can stay healthy and our coach figures out the NHL. Maybe I'm the few but I still have hope for this season. However I do want andrei svechnikov quite badly.
