Lindholm at 8.75m x 7 years may be possible. I would highly disagree with the contract but I can see a team doing it. But definitely not with the Leafs. With our big 4 on FWD, we don't have room for a 8.75m guy as well. We really need to prioritize that money on D.

I would also be surprised if Sammy extends. He would need to be completely lights out for the rest of the year.

Leafs aren’t signing lindholm when we need help on defence, leafs aren’t putting minten on the 4th line, leafs aren’t giving Sammy a raise and if he’s brought back it’s for 1 year Hildeby will be ready in 25/26 to be the back up
