Ferraro is a workhorse, playing top minutes on the god awful San Jose Sharks. He leads the league in blocks, he's young, has term, and from what I've watched is solid defensively (terrible stats are due to the team he plays on and how much he plays). He's a solid #4 (McCabe type guy) and is worth it with the term
