Description

Find any team that can take RyJo's cap hit, most important for next year. Would love to trade for Lindholm but not very realistic, guess he wants a trade and sign. I like Wennbergs game when he's in form. Feels like he can excel if he plays with some skilled players. You could probably resign him as well as a 3rd line center. Should be quite cheap.

Also some money left for a nr2 goalie or something else.

I do think the Avs may be forced to try The Boss at 2C except that 3rd line of Wood-Colton-LOC has been so good when they've gotten to play together.

I don't necessarily hate the idea of taking Johansen for a season (if Monahan is traded at the deadline), but that's a plan E in the off-season kind of move for Montreal (and most teams with cap space). The price for cap space by moving a a non-expiring contract during the season is likely a lot more than that.
