So what value is Montreal getting out of that deal? Olausson's AHL stats are underwhelming, olofsson is just a placeholder and those picks aren't getting you a really good 3c and 4c. Especially when the habs only have 4 healthy NHL centers. I wouldn't mind taking Johansen back in a Monahan trade but there'd have to be a 2nd or equivalent value attached to him. And evans would cost around a 3rd

The only trade that isn't a clear pass for the non-Avs team is the Detroit one, but that's more because its an irrelevant trade.

I don't think Evans will be trade. He will only be trade if a team overpay his value. Same for Monahan. I never saw these two players play but I am sure that they won't get as good as Monahan
