That is a rare good question : this implies if it's a buyer or seller market (seller this season), how many other players are available, experience/skills, playoff exp, CF point system, and team need. Stats can also help a lot, but what I use the most is how a player can fit a team system or fit with another player or if he knows a team down the road that the new team might face.

Top target? And yes the contract is included. Almost a mirror image of Kulak.

he's a cheaper contract (not salary-wise) but would have had a bigger contract if he stayed healthy. I understand that for Kulak it's the same or close, but from what he brings he should fetch more and therefore look cheaper. As for the top target, Athlethic has him top 5 or 8 from what I've seen
