I am against the trade because, unless you are a serious contender, around top-6 in Vegas's odds as a baseline, you shouldn't trade away prospects for established players.
The Flyers would have been contenders if they traded Travis Sanheim, Sam Morin, Robert Hagg, Phil Myers, German Rubsotv, Cart Hart, etc. but my theory is, which is adapted from multiple general managers in different sports, is that you build from the blue line up, every asset has value, and you don't trade prospects for established players
