most of these deals are bad for the other team, zjones for seeler straight up but flyers give up a 3rd for a late in the round 5th?

The point is Jost is toast, waste of 2m dead money, nobody wants him for free. Now he's a minor dump, we offer our mini dump, 2 2yr ahlers that only hurt the 50 contract limit. Not complicated, simply depends if BUF would like to save 1m cash, seems to me like they would!

Jones has upside, Seeler is a temporary filler.
Lindstrom is a temporary spare and probably going back to Sweden for a c prospect.
Prospect, 2nd & filler for Duke.
Jost is a dump.

And we have PLENTY of Cap Space
Saving a little bit of $$ on Jost isn’t a big deal AT ALL to us
And we actually like Jost as our 13th forward
As soon as we trade Olofsson, he’ll be back on the Sabres
