6'6 center prospect who could be a decent bottom 6 guy + a 2nd + a 4th is maybe the best offer the Habs will get for him considering his injury history.
I think the Habs will hold out hoping a team offers a 1st but, if that doesn't happen I can't see too many people complaining about this return

The only bottom 6 player that got traded for a 1st round pick last season was Tanner Jeannot. Jeannot was controllable and TB didn't care about picks.

Monahan will not bring back a 1st round pick.

Lehkonen was at 0.52 and got a 2nd and 1st round prospect

Mantha was at 0.5 and got a 1st, 2nd and top 9 forward

Pageau was t 0.67 and got a 1st, 2nd and 3rd
