You might be able to get Lyubushkin with 50% retention for Desharnais and the future third (although I doubt it because Desharnais is also a UFA), but the Ducks don't really need Broberg with LaCombe, Mintyukov, Vaakanainen and Zellweger behind Fowler.

I think the first and second round picks is probably sufficient to dump Campbell's contract at that figure, but wouldn't return anything besides future considerations in that scenario, certainly not Daccord and Wennberg. I also doubt Seattle would be super willing to take on Campbell at this juncture considering they already have Grubauer on their books, and need to figure out what to do with him. In order for the Kraken to return to the playoffs, be it this season or next, they need to improve their goaltending, and trading Daccord for another albatross in Campbell runs counter to that.

You’re giving up too much for Lyubushkin. Also, It doesn’t make sense to give up those assets to move Campbell, especially if you’re retaining on him. Just buy him out in the summer and keep the picks.
