They have no value at all.
And its got to be a 2024 1st.
Its non negotiable.

Nothing short of Snuggerud and STL 2024 1st gets you konecny.

Bolduc has been nearly a point per game in the AHL lately after a slow start and he’s only 20 years old. Also, he just put up 55 goals and was nearly 2 PPG last year in juniors (better stats than Konecny btw). How does he have no value? If that’s the case, then the only Philly prospect who has value is Michkov.

There is no team is calling to sign Zach bolduc.
Nor will there ever be.
Plenty of teams currently call on Michov tho.

Fair point lol but our prospects are a bit away from making an impact and we can't really tear it down yet so we gotta start somewhere

Armstrong will continue to let our stud prospects develop while continuing to try to field a somewhat competitive NHL club. Until our prospects are NHL ready and some of our aging vets filter out, the Blues will be in the mushy middle. Nothing wrong with that, but it's banking on these prospects developing.

Yeah it's unfortunate. I feel confident Dvorsky and Stenberg will pan out same w Snuggerud outside that not too sure

I just don't think we're in a position to make a move like this, although I'd much prefer it to a longer term UFA signing like a Saad signing.

I personally think we're better off staying the course for a season or two until we can get to a point where we can move on from having to have a Krug Faulk pairing playing every offensive zone draw. Maybe solidify up the D prospect pool and see if some of our forwards can make the jump at that point.

As inconsistent as this team has been this year there are some pretty good signs. We aren't a dumpster fire...all the time at least. We have the ability to look like a really good team every night. Just some nights there's a pretty glaring disconnect.

EDIT: Also, if we were to make a move similar to something like this I would pray that it's for Hanifin for a cheaper price, or for a defenseman in general.
