These wouldn't be the goalies... Hill would 100% be in over Thompson, he is Vegas clear starter and is leading the league in GAA and save %. Yes Jarry would be there, and probably Binnginton as a third. I don't understand why people say the goaltending is weak in Canada when the past two cup winners had Canadian goalies as starters, there is 5 Canadian goalies in the top 10 right now in GAA and Save %. As well as having a solid starter in Hill who dominated playoffs last year and so far, again this season. Sample size may not be a big as others but to have a playoff run like that and follow it up with this season is long enough and incredible.

No problems with the D and F besides missing Reinhart who would be a bubble guy to make it.

Yeah Hill could be in the running for sure I think we just don't have top tier goalies, Russia and USA goalies are nuts, Finland has Sarros, I think it's a common talking point because we no longer have a clear starter, Roy, Brodeur, Luongo, Fleury etc

It's really not though? Half their defense are glorified forwards like Reilly which is why he isn't on this team, Makar>McAvoy the rest is easily better for Canada

makar is the best but usa has the next 3/4 best. hughes fox and mcavoy are much better than anyone canada has minus makar, slavin is also very good
