- Premise - Leafs cannot win cup with current core 4 foundation let alone compete with likes of FLA, BOS, NYR, CAR in playoffs
- Key highlights -
1. Shown below - NYI need offense. Talk Marner into sign ($11m x 8) & trade to NYI to join Barzal, Nelson, Horvat & Co. by the Mar 8, 2024 deadline.
2. Not shown - NJ needs stronger defense for this year's playoffs, so trade TJ Brodie to NJ for 2025 2nd Round pick or for D Colin Miller and a 2025 4th round pick by Mar 8, 2024 deadline.

OK, we shall agree to disagree... imho, Leafs too top heavy and soft for playoff success with current core line-up, but I hope I'm wrong

I'd even add a 5th Round pick (we have a lot of those) in the mix just to get Dobson, Romanov and Palm

isles decline. Dobson is untradeable. He is by far the best dman on his team. He would be the best dman on the leafs too. Also marner declines with ntc.
