Avs decline, both players are a wash in terms of value in my opinion. But Drouin makes 825k while Kubalik at 2.5 which is why the sens would need to add something or retain.

Give Drouin some time. He scored his first goal against Seattle from MacKinnon, which is hopefully a sign that their chemistry is starting to spark up again.
Honestly this trade would be out of desperation from the avs. That's the only way I see it happening.

I’d probably say Kubalik has more value than Drouin. It’s been a while since Drouin’s last solid season. Cap is the only issue.

From a human element, probably don’t want to move Drouin given the MacKinnon relationship and all Drouin has been through over the past years.

Can't see the Avs trading Jo, just not worth it with the salary he has. I think Drouin wanted to be there and took a minimum salary. You can sit him or even waive him, there's absolutely no downside unless he'd be a huge distraction

And for the Sens, might as well just trade Kubalik for a pick.
