As a Habs fan, cost to get Allen seems a little high.
I mean, I believe Montreal would accept (rather fast)

So Allen isn’t worth a 1st, a 3rd/4th liner and a 31 year old 3rd string goalie? I think Oilers accept too

I have tried in the past to fix the Oilers but I just don't know how you can. Terrible defence, zero depth, bad cap and very little prospects or draft picks to solve those problems.

AZ has no repeat no want to trade crouse or durzi

A hard sell for Oiler fans but trading Draitsitl for for some young Top prospects and picks is a solution

With how they draft and develop? The future does not bode well

Only way the Kraken trade Beniers is if the other Oilers 1C was coming their way, which the Oilers would never do
