I wouldn’t do either

-Isles pass because trading Dobson opens up an enormous hole in their RHD depth chart - literally the next two guys up at RHD currently in the org are Grant Hutton and Paul LaDue. Any goal that Nylander adds to their total is going to be given right back on the defensive end by that drop-off - and that's before you get to the fact that it just doesn't work cap-wise. Dobson & Wahlstrom = $4.875M, Nylander = $6.9M. Isles are already at the cap, so now they also have to find a way to shave that much extra off the cap to make it work. Too many moving parts for New York to even consider it.

-Again, the cap exists. The Wild have $43,000 dollars in cap space with Calen Addison's $825K just signed. This adds another $4.1M to their cap that they literally don't have a way to shed without dumping multiple players. Use the front page of the site to your advantage when you're building these trades.
