Caps should not sign Perry (way too old) and TVR would likely go for more (2nd I'd say) - Lindgren would also go for more.

This doesn't do anything for the Caps. Perry is bad now and Caps already don't have enough space for their kids, so adding Perry would be bad.

Gibson probably needs a year in the AHL at least, though Hunter could probably be back up.

Lindgren and TvR get better returns. Iorio, also isn't ready for top 4 time.

TB has too many bodies on the right side. Their deepest position at Syracuse is also Right defense

I don't think a team with Ovechkin, Oshie, Backstrom, Carlson, Kuemper, Dowd is lacking any mentorship from experienced leaders.
