Well the less they get him to sign for, the more deadline space they can have as well as more overall flexibility with the cap. He won't get over 3M tho, that's for sure.

Saw something not long ago that the deal is very close to done, is expected to be completed by next week. Not sure why it’s taking this long, either both sides are in no rush to sign but an agreement is in place or they are trying to fine tune it to be able to fit something else in 🤷🏻‍♂️
