Just the retention alone is worth more then that. Mtl can start the season with Petry and wait for a team to panic. You need depth on defense if you want to win in playoff. Not all the team are stacked like Colorado or Carolina. Florida lose Ekblad or Montour for a extended period of time and they are in caca. This is always the same story, it’s always about the offer and the demand. And since Rhd are a rarity their will be team that will pay the asking price.
