Its only low if Hellebuyck resigns with the Jets....oh wait. Jets likely keep him to the trade deadline (and pray to any gods they can he doesn't get hurt), while trying to drum up extra value for a team looking at a cup run. That being said, if Dubois landed Gabe, Iaffalo and a 2nd, you can expect a trade similar but likely not as much given age and the fact he is UFA vs RFA.

It isn't clear what will happen with Mark, but given his play the second half of the season and the fact he was at odds with Bowness all year (also pretty sure he was benched in a few games), likely didn't leave a good taste in his mouth and will likely want to go to a team that can contend before his career is done.

Not to mention we are clearly in a buyers market right now... cap is tight on alot of teams. So Winnipeg is going to lose the opportunity to trade scheifele and hellebuck unless they are careful.

Yeah more than likely the Jets are not on that list. But who knows, he did play in Buffalo and never request to be traded lol. I know he has submitted his 16 team trade list to the Bruins brass - you just never know lol

Goalies simply aren't worth a bunch, so Ullmark isn't pulling a 6 time ppg, 40G 1C. No chance anyone does that.

The Jets simply have no reason to trade Scheifele now for a fraction of what he returns at the TDL as a pure rental. It's simply not realistic to expect a team to do that.
