He's not going anywhere

hes one of the only few that didnt come out and say he wasnt involved,

"I've been co-operating with the ongoing investigations. Out of respect for the person involved, I'm not going to be making a comment on it now or in the future," Batherson told reporters at the Ottawa Senators training camp on Sept. 22.

He responded "no comment" to two followup questions.

Wow, a whole lot of nothing. Based on these comments he is surely going to be suspended from the NHL. lol

I mean when hes one of the only players on the team to not come out and say " I wasnt Involved" thats saying something lol

Most likely the only one involved is Formenton and that's why he was being careful on what he said. And obviously Formenton not playing last year is pretty indicative of who's "guilty" and who's not. I'm just tired of seeing all these cancel Batherson posts.

well theres multiple involved. i think formentons a given, Katckouk Batherson and Mcleod all declined to comment if they were involved or not while the others stated they were not involved

And players saying they were not involved doesn't mean anything, that's the first thing their lawyers tell them to say

Very weird behavior out of you to randomly associate players names with this without any logical facts or proof and just assuming they will be the ones suspended. Why not just wait and find out rather than throwing dirt on their names.
