There are quite a few issues with your rankings.

LW is largely fine.
At C, Chiasson has been playing on the RW for years now. If you're including Philip despite his retirement, he should be at the top followed by Grubbe.
As for RW, Lavoie should absolutely be higher than Tullio. There's even a case that he should be ahead of Bourgault (ceiling and NHL-readiness).
Among Dmen, I don't envision a world where Hoef is immediately their top LD prospect at age 24. It depends on criteria for ranking, though.
As for G, there's literally no argument for Fanti to be ahead of Rodrigue. Zero.

Well, they'd better be after getting so many #1 overall and other top 5 and top 10 picks.

I was just saying that because I did not realize how empty it had become. But yes, there usually tends to be an ebb and flow to prospect pools. The Blues were near top of the league like five years ago, then down around 25-28 for a couple years, now they're suddenly looking top 10 again.

I would not go that far, but they're certainly not among the best.

Previous regimes weren't great, but even then some of their major misses (Yakupov, Puljujarvi) were considered consensus picks where they were taken, so it's not fair to label that as bad drafting. Bad at developing? Now there's something we can agree on.

I think the current management is pretty good at drafting.
