Lol, he never got demoted, Keefe wanted to see how having him drive his own line looked. And it always looked good, but then JT's line would do nothing without Willy. At least get your facts straight. Kampf and Engvall had their best few games when they played with Willy. Domi is going to be the guy demoted, he's catastrophically bad defensively. I bet he makes some glaring mistakes or lazy back checks and he'll be dropping quick. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets traded.

I hope I am wrong but that's the worst signing they made I think. He isn't physical, he's good offensively but terrible defensively and I don't think he really produces without top end talent. Maybe his after the whistle stuff does something good but I doubt it.

All it means is he's going to keep sending out these horrible Nylander trades, because (insert whatever incorrect statement he will use to rationalize why this could possibly make sense) and then get upset when he's called out for just being a troll.

Garland is worth $5M no question...he's a poor man's Marner if you watch him play and he skates like the wind and leaves everything on the ice which will help in the playoffs and the culture he would fit great with the leafs plus a 1st 3rd and 2nd it's not a unfair deal at all.

Also you didn't address that nylanders place in the lineup will get stolen from Bertuzzi and Domi but that's cool

Ok so what happens is guys get used more than other guys throughout the lineup so instead of using Nylander over guys like bunting and kerfoot now that the Leafs have Domi and bertuzzi these guys work hard, disrupt physically and create a lot of offense so they will get used a lot because they can be big factors in games unlike Nylander so ge will be on the bench a lot more now. Not to mention knies will probably have a lot of impact too.
