Mathieu Joseph is as good as gone. He's the obvious cap casualty. I imagine he'll be moved to a team that has cap space for a low draft pick. Pinto doesn't have much leverage, so this allows the team to fit everyone under the cap and he can earn more when the cap really goes up and allows the team to sign Sanderson to an extension for next season. The nice thing is that there is more depth this year and there's no excuses to not make the playoffs. If they're not in a playoff spot by the time they're going to Sweden, then DJ Smith and Pierre Dorion are likely gone.
