I don't see why we do this as the left side is already stacked as it is, and still would be even is Skjei was moved. Also we have Nikishin hopefully coming up in a couple years. Miller's a great player, but that kind of money and assets could be spent elsewhere.

He's hovered at just under ppg for the past few years excluding last season, where he struggled with injuries, all while playing a solid defensive game. Could easily see him bouncing back. Also he only has a year left on his contract, far from a cap dump. His value's definately down compared to past years, but they'll have no problem getting a decent return for him if they decide to move him. Imo, they should just keep him as their own rental though.

He was a half a point a game player, and he's one of the best defensive forwards in the sport... I'd argue he's worth more

That's why I said we'd take him for a free because I personally wouldn't give up more than a 4th for him just because he'd leave for nothing and also probably not be as effective in our system.

He could easily return a 1st is the issue. Nashville or other teams that need scoring help will jump at him
