Lindholm wants out. Nylander is a 40 goal scorer maybe for the next 5 years and he was born in Calgary, he might like the idea and resign.
Robertson has potential to be a 30+ scorer.
This is a six of one, half dozen of another type deal. Maybe there is no big winner but there is no big loser either.

Robertson's value probably isnt a potential 30 goal scorer. Sure hes young it could still workout.. but he cant stay healthy and has not bee able to find any consistency.

Toronto is deep with forwards so potentially a new team with an expanded role can change that. As of right now he is probably a B prospect.

Last I checked Lindholm was a 40 goal scorer and has not said he wants out at all. If he does go and everyone else is move then Nylander will almost certainly not be interested in signing there. If your reason for him maybe wanting to stay is he lived there between ages 0-2 where he absolutely has zero recollection then you are making a massive reach.

Robertson's value is extremely tanked, he is very injury prone

That CGY trade is also bad. Lindholm has more.value than Nylander, why would they add a 1st?
