If they were to trade with SJ you could include Murray in the deal instead of a buyout SJ needs a 2nd goaltender

But I don't see a deal that Karlson makes sense

I did not even see the Nylander trade. Nylander is worth more than 2 x 1st and Wilson is not worth 2 x 1sts

Thats all well and good. The assets you’re offering aren’t good enough. Teams will offer more than two Late 1sts or the Caps just keep Wilson, simple.

Caps should rebuild but we aren’t so two late firsts don’t do anything for us rn
