Don't know about that Lindholm return. Both those guys are looking like busts

Detroit passes, Lindholm will be 30 years old next year making 7 x $8,500,000 he goes against Yzermans principals that the core group is 21 to 27 plus Yzerman isn't moving the 9OA and Rasmussen for a player that doesn't fit our timeline.

The 9th pick isn't moving, although it would be worth it for a Lindholm "caliber" player. If he were within the age for the window to open it would be closer.

Zadina is nothing more than an equal COS swap or used as a sweetener as a guy to hopefully revive some hype. If nothing else, he will bounce around until he's 30+ as a decent depth guy who plays Houdini at times while showing glimpses of 6th overall once in a blue moon.

Ras will be important as a middle 6 / top 9 plug-n-play guy. Will be affordable and fantastic in his set role if he grows like he did last season.

Wings aren't interested in that trade anyway. Not looking to add guys older than Larkin at the cost of a top 10 pick at this point.

Lindholm is not worth the 9th OA pick from Detroit.

Is he maybe worth the 8th? Yup that's cause Washington will not fully rebuild while Ovie is still there

Why would Minnesota even consider this? We have 4 NHL LD and four of our better prospects are LD. In the process of ignoring these factors, we also trade our top center prospect and (likely) another center prospect.
