Also, every offer I see in here seem to forget what the jets wants, it is documented that they dont want to go into a full rebuild and are looking at good roster players as a return. Dvorak and Harris somehow fit the description but they dont hold much value.

PLD will be a sign and trade, and all the teams he listed cant afford him or would have to make financial gymnastics in order to have him, which wouldnt be worth it in terms of cap space and assets when you look at those teams needs. I suspect he chose teams like Rangers and Wild specifically for this reason. My bet is that the deal is done between the Habs and the Jets, but Hughes is waiting to see where Michkov lands and if he can trade up.
